Yes, only personal accounts can have a debit card.

The differences between Personal Accounts and Business Accounts are the following: 

• The number of documents required for registration; 
• The possibility to have a debit card.

Only Personal Account can have a debit card.

Pricing and use of the account remain the same for both types of accounts.
