I lost my password/username/login ID. How can I recover it?

To retrieve your password, username or login ID, go to the website www.veracash.com and click on “My account”, then on “Lost your login details and/or your password?”.

Logging into your VeraCash account

When you register with VeraCash, we will automatically send you a username made up of eight capital letters and a 10-digit login ID. You yourself will need to choose your 4-digit password.

Important: Your password cannot be four of the same number or a series of four numbers in a row.

All three of these will be needed to access your VeraCash account on our website and our mobile app.

Difference between your password and your VeraCash card PIN number

Your password is one of the three required pieces of information you need to log into your VeraCash account. You were asked to choose it when you registered, or at a later date if you subsequently reset that password.

As a result, your password is completely separate from your VeraCash card PIN number. Although your PIN is also made up of four numbers, you do not get to choose it, and you will be asked for it each time you make a payment or a withdrawal with your card. It is communicated to you after you activate your VeraCash card in your Member Area.
