For security purposes, the VeraCash send feature is capped. The limit will vary, depending on the statuses of the sending and receiving accounts.
The French legal framework provides little guidance on this type of transaction, given its highly innovative nature: this feature involves transferring precious metals from one individual to another, from an individual to a business or from one business to another; in other words, it is not a cash transfer (in euro).
So, VeraCash has defined the following limits to ensure this type of account to account transaction is both reliable and secure:
- Verified member to verified member: up to €5,000 per sliding month;
- Verified member to unverified member: up to €250 per month and up to €2,500 per year;
- Unverified member to verified member: up to €250 per month and up to €2,500 per year;
- Unverified member to unverified member: €0.
There is no minimum interval between transactions.
