      My VeraCash card is expiring soon. When will I receive my new card?

      New VeraCash payment cards are sent out an average of 15 days before expiry of the current card.

      You can track your new card’s progress from your VeraCash account: go to “My VeraCash card” and then “Track card”.

      Is it free to renew my VeraCash card?

      Yes, VeraCash payment cards renew for free. You will not be charged for your new card.
