Your VeraCash payment card is personal and unique.
As a result, you cannot change the cardholder’s name after final confirmation of your VeraCash account. If you have legally changed your name and want to update the name on your card, you will need to send us that information along with a copy of your family register or other official proof of your name change. The name on your VeraCash card will be changed for free, once your current card expires. If you would like the name on the VeraCash card to be changed immediately, a new card will be produced at a cost to you of €30.
